They say prevention is better than cure, right?
For our health, I think we have integrated it well. We try to have a healthy lifestyle, move our body and eat something other than fast food for example.
Yes because our health is precious, right?
Well, for our physical health yes, but wouldn't we forget our mental health a little in that?
It's usually only when you're at the end of your rope that you start to worry about it. We go to see our doctor as soon as we have a pain or a cold, but we rarely dare to inform them when we feel alone or depressed.
We are required to perform well in all areas by being constantly exposed to stressful situations, but our mental resources also have their limits.
In fact, our brain and the rest of our body work in harmony. When we don't deal with our psychological suffering, it ends up manifesting itself physically.
So, preserving our mental health is just as important.
For that, I can advise you to have a fulfilling life or that kind of thing, but you can also start by giving yourself a space where you feel good to reflect and learn to know yourself.
So today I want to remind you to dare to invest in your emotional life as much as you do in your physical health. Or at least try?
