Psychotherapy

The discovery of psychoanalysis:

• I began my academic journey by obtaining a bachelor's degree in psychology focusing onthe study of the psychoanalytic unconscious in Besançon. Although some aspects of psychoanalysis are wrong today (and fortunately so), we are all shaped by our past and life experiences (and much more). In my opinion, nothing really happens by chance. I really like this sentence from Carl Gustav Jung, psychiatrist:

"Until you have made the unconscious conscious,

he will rule your life and you will call it destiny"

• I also discovered thepsychogenealogywhich I find fascinating. This therapeutic approach focuses on the unconscious impact that our ancestors have on our lives. This heritage is incredibly rich. However, we do not only inherit positive things.

Buried and unresolved family issues are transmitted from generation to generation in the form of multiple symptoms. Fortunately, these harmful transmissions are not irreversible and can end when a family member decides to look for the origin.

Social supportAndsystemic

• After this license, I wanted to continue towards aclinical learning more concrete beyond the university course.

So I left to discover the city of Strasbourg where I obtained my social worker diploma. Thanks to my apprenticeship contract, I had the opportunity to work in CSAPA during these three years of training. I have supported socially but mostly psychologically people withaddictive problems.

• All these unique encounters made me grow humanly. They showed me in particular the importance of adopting asystematic approach in my practice. That is to say, it is necessary to look beyond the individual for theto understand and to take into account the relationships and systems that shape one’s existence. It is always the people I support who have the answers, I am only the one who helps them take a step back and ask themselves the right questions.

Contribution of therabrief magpies:

• During this last professional experience, I used brief therapy tools. They are very useful inrelieve your difficultiesquickly and help you move forward in a concrete and rapid way. However, we are unique and so are our difficulties.

• It may happen that being interested only in present and visible problems without seeking to understand their cause may prove to be insufficient. In my opinion, it works like a weed: if we don't look at the root, it risks reappearing within a while in another form.

• This is why I am keen to nourish my practice with tools ofbrief therapy without forgetting some from the psychoanalysis.

These psychoanalytic tools are there to try tounderstand the origin (the root) of the problems and thus, try to bring a more lasting change in your life.

I use caredifferent methods to explore your emotions, thoughts and aspirations to bringconcrete and lasting changes in your life.

Back to basics:

• Rich from this Strasbourg experience, I wanted to return to my roots and pursue my professional projects in Besançon. Today I am a psychopractitioner therapist forpsychologically support all people who feel the need.

Our sessions together will allow you to address your personal concerns in aspacesecure Andconfidential

Family constellations:

• Continuing, I trained to be a therapist infamily constellation, a complementary tool to the classic therapy that I offer in individual sessions.

When a problem persists despite several attempts at resolution, it may be because it belongs to one or more of your ancestors. The constellation is a brief and systemic therapy which allows the release oftransgenerational traumaby calming your family system. It isa powerful energy tool which allows you to explore andheal the bonds to your ancestors in order toregain your balance
